Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and related services provided by Deslater ("Deslater Studios", "we", "us"), including Stack Dash and Scrap Mech Arena (each an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of an App except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction.
2. Eligibility
The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or a higher minimum age where local law requires one). By using an App you confirm you meet the minimum age, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Virtual Items and Currency
The Apps include virtual currency (such as coins or scrap) and virtual items (such as parts, skins, and trails), earned through play, obtained by watching optional rewarded ads, or otherwise made available within an App. Virtual items and currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the Apps, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items as part of operating and updating the games.
4. Fair Play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or modified clients, manipulate leaderboards or referral systems, or interfere with other players' experience. Nicknames and other player-chosen content must not be offensive, impersonate others, or include personal information (yours or anyone else's). We may remove content, reset scores or progress, or restrict access to online features to protect the integrity of the games.
5. Online Features
Leaderboards, head-to-head matches, versus battles, cloud saves, and referral features depend on network connectivity and our service providers (such as Google Firebase), and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We do our best to keep them available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Advertising
The Apps are supported by advertising, including optional rewarded videos, served by Google AdMob. Handling of advertising data is described in each App's privacy policy: Stack Dash · Scrap Mech Arena.
7. Intellectual Property
The Apps and all content in them — code, art, names, logos, music, and design — are owned by Deslater or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
8. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue an App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to continue playing.
9. Termination
You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to an App or its online features if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 7, 10, and 11 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deslater shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of an App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects statutory rights you hold as a consumer.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
